A Michigan native, Bill escaped the long, cold winters of the upper mid-west to serve a large church in Louisville, Kentucky before coming to Rolling Hills in the summer of 2012. Bill lived and studied in Chicago where he completed his graduate degree from Wheaton College. He worked in higher education before becoming a pastor in 1998. An avid reader and amateur historian, Bill is happily married to Karyn, the most brilliant and beautiful woman he has ever met. Together they enjoy their three kids: Maegan, Emma, and Jack. Bill enjoys movies, all genres of music, and great coffee.

Teresa is responsible for all operational aspects of the church, which include supporting the implementation of the church strategy needed to accomplish the Rolling Hills mission and vision.  Teresa manages the ministry staff, support staff and overall direction of the business affairs at Roll Hill. Prior to joining Roll Hill, Teresa was the CFO at Premier Power Renewable Energy and Vista Point Technologies.  She also spent 21 years at Intel where she held various senior management positions with her most recent as the Sr. Controller of the company’s global finance, IT, HR and legal areas.  Teresa also currently supports a local non-profit, Run for Courage, as their CFO.  She is married to Tom and has four daughters, Kendall, Allison, Morgan and Madison. They are all active in the Roll Hill church family.

Bud Lamb is the Pastor behind the scenes helping people make spiritual friendships through small groups and creating opportunities for spiritual growth.  He directs our counseling programs for people in crisis, marriage and pre-marriage counseling as well as spiritual coaching.  Bud is passionate about knowing about God and knowing God intimately.  Prior to coming to Rolling Hills in 2006 he and his wife Lea Ann lived in Santa Cruz, CA.  Bud and Lea Ann love the Sierra’s, the lakes and trails and take every opportunity to kayak and “be on the water.”  They have two adult children, Frank and Mandi. Matt went to high school in northern California at San Ramon Valley High School in the Danville.  After high school Matt went to Biola University where he played soccer for four years and majored in Christian Education.  He was awarded the Excellence in Youth Ministry Award at Biola in 2002, the year he graduated.  He completed the Master of Divinity degree (3-year master’s degree) from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena.  

Prior to coming to Rolling Hills Matt was in youth ministry at NorthPark Community Church for eight years.  He has also spoken at Christian camps, been an athletic director for a Christian school, and led Bible studies on high school campuses.  Matt is an excellent communicator, bringing God’s Word and today’s culture together with insight and application.  Most of all, he is a man of strong character and integrity.

Rob is a born and raised El Dorado Hills native. He has attended Rolling Hills with his family since 2002. After graduating from Oak Ridge in 2008, Rob started as the Student Ministries Intern at Rolling Hills. During that time he attended William Jessup University and graduated with a degree in Youth Ministry and a minor in Bible & Theology. Upon graduation from WJU he accepted the role as the Director of Jr High Ministry. He loves jr high students and has a passion for seeing their lives transform as they draw nearer to God. Rob’s goal is to engage jr highers to be servants of Christ now and to reach those in their lives who don’t know him. Rob spends his free time coaching football and hanging with his family and friends. He loves Oakland Raider football, apple pie, and the United States of America.

CJ has been in worship ministry for over 10 years and has traveled across the country leading worship at conferences, churches, and festivals. He has produced many records and played for numerous touring artists. He’s the Worship Director for Roll Hill and loves to challenge people to live a life committed to Jesus. His passion is to connect people to Jesus through music that connects their hearts to a loving God.
