Jesus modeled servanthood and love, lifting up the lowly and embracing those who were marginalized. In fact, in His very first public sermon, Jesus announced that He had come "to proclaim good news to the poor...to set the oppressed free" (Luke 4:18). Compassion for the poor was important to Jesus and so it is too at Roll Hill. Our Ministries fight local and global poverty and serve those in need. Whether it’s collecting food and clothing, ministering to the homeless, serving seniors, making dresses for girls in need or mission trips to Honduras, Mexico or Poland, Roll Hill seeks to bring care—and the hope of Christ—to those who are struggling against poverty, both locally and around the world.
