The outreach arm of Rolling Hills is called Local Compassion. This ministry focuses on demonstrating God's love by extending our church beyond the auditorium and into the community through a variety of projects and partnerships to alleviate human suffering.
Thanks to your generosity and love, we were able to accomplish many things in 2012. See the video below to learn more.

"Her hands are busy spinning thread, her fingers twisting fiber. She extends a helping hand to the poor and opens her arms to the needy." Proverbs 31: 9,10
Be a positive role model for a child between the age of 7 and 15. Through a one-to-one mentoring relationship, youth are given support and opportunities that help them grow into confident, competent and caring adults. Depending on your schedule, you can mentor a child just 45 minutes a week during the child's school lunch or after school. Or you can devote 2-3 hours a week doing activities in the community. There is an at-risk child waiting to have a friendship with you. It's fun, rewarding and it works.
